Job summary

Pareto FM is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support a portfolio of high-profile client sites across London. This is a genuinely mobile role with regular travel between Central London, Stratford and White City, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to keep buildings safe, compliant and operating effectively.

You’ll work across diverse commercial environments, taking ownership of day-to-day maintenance with support from Account Managers and the wider engineering

Qualifications

• Previous Building Services/M&E maintenance experience.
• City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent trade qualification in electrical or mechanical discipline.
• Strong planned and reactive maintenance experience.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of commercial building-services systems.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload.
• Comfortable travelling regularly between London client sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive M&E maintenance across client sites.
• Maintain mechanical and electrical building systems and associated equipment.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs within your area of competency.
• Respond to BMS alarms and use building systems for first-line diagnostics.
• Support the operation and maintenance of HVAC and associated plant.
• Carry out minor installations and remedial works.
• Complete statutory and compliance-related maintenance.
• Maintain plant rooms and ensure equipment is operating safely and effectively.
• Record maintenance activity using simPRO and provide photographic evidence where required.
