Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Building Services Environments.
• Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if you have 17th Edition.
• Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate all MEP systems and provide technical reports.
• Ensure efficient service visits by Specialist Vendors.
• Participate in Health and Safety compliance activities.
