Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Lloyds of London insurance market knowledge, including setting up new MGAs, syndicates, and Delegated Authority Business.
• 5+ years experience in PAS and London Insurance Market Systems and Integration.
• 5+ years designing and redesigning complex Target Operating Models (ToM).
• 10+ years of Transformation experience (Digital Operating Model).
• 5+ years helping shape change across the London Insurance Market (multi-country ideal).
