Qualifications

• Strong London Market / Lloyd's claims experience.
• Proven expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Hands-on experience with ECF and Write-Back.
• Claims transformation or implementation background.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for London Market and Lloyd's claims, including ECF and Write-Back.
• Support Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, workflows and integrations.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to analyse and document claims requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Lloyd's standards and UK market regulations.
• Provide guidance on claims triage, settlement and reporting for complex and high-value claims.
• Lead workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Identify and deliver claims process improvements and best practice.
