Hamilton is offering a Summer Internship in London for eight weeks, giving hands-on exposure to our underwriting or actuarial teams. The programme targets students entering their third year in 2027 and those seeking entry-level opportunities in the coming year.

Participants will rotate through departments, gain insight into the Lloyd's market, and present outcomes to Hamilton leadership at the end of the programme.

Qualifications

• What you need to bring: keen interest in insurance, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
• Strong numerical ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Team player who can also work independently and from our London office three days a week.
