Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate insolvency, focusing on administrations and liquidations.
• Strong knowledge of insolvency rules, statutory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Able to adapt quickly, work at pace, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases efficiently.
• Liaising with office-holders and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Leading and motivating junior team members for high-quality work.
• Reviewing work and providing constructive feedback.
• Ensuring files are compliant with insolvency regulations.
• Attending client meetings alongside managers.
• Identifying opportunities for additional client services.
