Metrica Recruitment is seeking an AI & Data Management Consultant to help organisations establish trusted, governed data foundations for analytics and AI. The role combines advisory, strategy and delivery across governance, quality and MDM, with senior levels available.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers and data scientists to embed governance, translate complex data concepts into actionable recommendations and lead workstreams while mentoring peers. London-based with hybrid work.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering data management, governance or MDM initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.
• Hands-on experience with data governance or management tooling.
• Understanding of data quality, metadata, lineage or stewardship concepts.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on data management, governance and AI ready data strategy.
• Design data governance, quality and MDM frameworks and operating models.
• Translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and data scientists to embed governance.
• Support delivery of data catalogues, lineage, quality and stewardship solutions.
• Lead workstreams and coach colleagues at Senior Consultant level.
