Qualifications

  • Experience of working in the luxury industry in beauty.
  • Experience of managing a team, leading by example, providing clear and honest feedback to ensure the team exceeds expectations.
  • Driven to exceed KPI's and motivated by achievement of self and team.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to define the weekly sales targets and drive retail growth.
  • Manage BAs to ensure team collaboration and performance.
  • Follow up the execution of in-store marketing activity.
