Job summary

Blackwater Recruitment is recruiting for an Entry Level Sales Advisor in Central London. The role offers training from day one and opportunities to develop communication and customer-engagement skills through face-to-face campaigns for recognised non-profit organisations.

You will engage with members of the public in residential campaigns, working in a friendly, supportive team environment with daily upskilling sessions and possible career progression.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training and upskilling available from day one.
• Able to commit to 4/5 days per week (Mon–Sat).
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Represent recognised non-profits through face-to-face customer acquisition in residential campaigns.
• Engage with the public and deliver a professional customer experience.
• Support customer acquisition activities and provide feedback from interactions.
• Attend client training and daily upskilling sessions with the team.
