Job summary

Realise Training Group is seeking a Nursery Apprentice in London to work Mon-Fri, 7:30am-6:00pm, supporting children aged 1–5 while training towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator standard.

You will assist qualified practitioners, help plan activities, maintain records and ensure safeguarding and safety in a nurturing environment. The role offers structured on-the-job training with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths, or equivalent.
• Safeguarding CPD – training desirable but not essential.
• Positive and professional presentation and manner.
• Reliability and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and learning experiences for 1–5 year olds.
• Follow EYFS curriculum and assist with observations and records.
• Maintain safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
• Communicate with parents and carers as appropriate.
• Support staff deployment and learning activities.
• Provide high-quality care and development opportunities.
