Job summary

Neilcott Construction, via Lencon Construction Ltd, is seeking motivated groundworkers to assist with drainage installation works on a London-based project. The successful candidates will support the safe installation of below-ground drainage systems while maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.

MINIMUM 1 year of relevant groundwork, drainage or civils experience, plus a valid CSCS card. CPCS/NPORS certification for plant is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of groundwork, drainage or civils experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow site instructions.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drainage installation and pipework.
• Support excavation, trenching, bedding and backfilling tasks.
• Follow RAMS and toolbox talks; maintain a tidy site.
• Work with site management, drainage operatives and subcontractors.
• Report safety concerns promptly.
