Job summary

JINGDONG Property is seeking a Development/Project Manager in London to lead end-to-end development and asset acquisition activities for industrial and logistics projects within the UK. The role collaborates with International Development Management, Business Development and Asset Management teams, reporting to Regional and Group Directors.

You will oversee due diligence, planning, design, procurement and refurbishment efforts, ensuring regulatory compliance, on-time delivery, and value creation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural/MEP/Engineering, Project Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development works including development management, acquisition support and refurbishment management of new and existing industrial and logistics assets.
• Coordinate planning, design, construction and occupancy across projects to ensure on-time delivery and budget compliance.
• Collaborate with internal asset management, legal, and executives to align development plans with strategic goals.
• Support asset acquisitions through due diligence coordination, data collection and risk assessment.
• Oversee procurement processes, contract administration, and change management to ensure compliant execution.
• Provide regular internal reporting on programme, cost and quality with proactive risk management.
