Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) Brand Consulting in London is seeking a talented Project Manager to join the award-winning global Brand Consulting team. You will coordinate live-action shoots and creative assignments, acting as the liaison between clients and third-party production partners.

You will manage shoot logistics, timelines, budgets and approvals, ensuring delivery to the highest standards while supporting the client and internal teams across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day project management of complex multi channel content projects from brief through to final delivery, acting as a clear and confident point of contact for clients throughout.
• Own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring every stage is properly planned, documented, communicated and delivered to the required standard.
• Act as the key liaison between clients, internal teams and contracted third-party suppliers, maintaining alignment across responsibilities, timings, budgets and deliverables.
• Strong understanding of social, digital and content platforms, formats and evolving audience behaviours.

Responsibilities
