Job summary

Accenture in London seeks an experienced Strategy Senior Manager to drive Macro Foresight client work in the UK and Ireland. You will own a portfolio, deepen senior client relationships, and build the team around you.

You'll lead engagements with the C-suite, coordinate with AI and data science teams, and guide the development of AI-enabled services and thought leadership. Hybrid role; London office presence required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate finance, or geopolitics advisory.
• 4+ years leading teams and complex engagements.
• Track record of player-coach leadership and senior client relationships.
• Deep command of macroeconomics and geopolitics for large organizations.
• Experience engaging CEOs, C-suite, and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the UK capability in Macro Foresight.
• Advise the C-suite and boards on global shifts and capital allocation.
• Coordinate with AI, data science and industry teams for integrated solutions.
• Win opportunities by building senior relationships and engagements.
• Set standards for AI-enabled ways of working and productize offerings.
• Develop the team and mentor staff to high analytical craft.
• Shape thought leadership through macro briefs and external profile.
