Multilingual Jobs Worldwide is seeking a Dutch-speaking Client Service Associate in London. The role focuses on supporting clients with a service-driven, process-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

You will liaise with internal and external partners, assist Investment Counsellors and Sales Representatives, and help produce client portfolio reports. On-the-job training and mentorship are provided as you develop in this global firm.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, client-focused mindset, and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal teams and external banking partners to manage tasks.
• Support Investment Counsellors by handling client-facing inquiries and providing operational assistance.
• Coordinate onboarding and service processes with Sales Representatives.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries for prospective client portfolios.
• Develop subject matter expertise in key operational areas to support the business.
• Receive training and mentorship from your Team Leader.
