Job summary

Retail Insights in London is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a fast-growing entrepreneurial team. You’ll own content marketing, manage email campaigns, and work closely with the CEOs to execute marketing strategies from our London HQ next to Victoria Station.

You should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, UK work eligibility, strong analytical and communication skills, and a hands-on attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator in English, writing and verbally with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from our CRM and customer database.
• Copywrite and design emails and email campaigns to drive focus towards our events (i.e. webinars and conferences).
• Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Acquire and activate reactive leads.
• Coordinate with the Content and Sales team to ensure we reach the right target group.
• Sell tickets and drive registrants by managing our marketing inbox.
