Qualifications

• 96 UCAS points from Level 3 qualifications, for example A levels or equivalent.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Not currently taking another government-funded training course.
• The right to work in the UK and having lived in the UK or EEA for the past three consecutive years.
• An interest in how data is used in business and the wider world.
• A willingness to learn how to solve problems and improve ways of working.
• Being willing to work with others, share ideas, ask questions and learn from feedback.
• Being willing to develop ways of organising your work and managing different priorities.

Responsibilities

• Applying learning from workshops and assignments to real business challenges.
• Building your network and learning from your manager, team and wider colleagues.
• Developing your skills in data analysis, coding and data visualisation tools.
• Working with colleagues to understand business questions and data needs.
• Helping to design and deliver analysis, reports and visual insights.
• Supporting the automation of regular data tasks and outputs.
• Explaining findings clearly to colleagues who may not have a technical background.
• Collaborating with data professionals and teams across Asset Management.
