Job summary

Dentsu International Limited in London is seeking a proactive Ad Ops Lead to drive the implementation and execution of Ad Ops strategies and to manage day-to-day client communication.

You will oversee workflow for executives and analysts, ensure top-tier delivery, and deploy site-side tracking across multiple tag management solutions while maintaining strict data taxonomies and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing ad operations workflows and teams.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ad serving platforms and tracking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages and prioritises the executive and analyst's workflow
• Ensures best in class delivery of Ad Ops work
• Builds strong relationships across client services team and with client
• Delivers ongoing training to the team to ensure consistent and industry-leading expertise around ad serving platforms and other relevant technology
• Communicates and manages relationships with internal and external clients
• Ensures all campaigns are trafficked in compliance with established data taxonomies
• Provides subject matter expertise in at least one connected tech stack (i.e. Google)
• Deploys site side tracking across multiple tag management solutions
