Job summary

Culligan UK is seeking a motivated 3.5T Operations Support Driver to join the Hemel Hempstead Service Centre. You will support Field Service Technicians across London, ensuring timely delivery and safe handling of water coolers and related equipment.

Hours are Mon-Fri, 7:00am-5:00pm. You will also collect returned equipment and provide a reliable courier service between sites and service centres, joining a growing team with clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points and no dangerous or careless convictions.
• Minimum of 2 years' commercial driving experience.
• Experience driving a 3.5T vehicle.
• Excellent knowledge of London and the surrounding road network.
• Able to handle heavy equipment safely and with proper manual handling techniques.
• Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain the company vehicle to a high standard.
• Safely transport 3.5T water coolers and drinking water systems to customer sites across London and nearby areas.
• Meet Field Service Technicians at appointments to support installations, swaps and exchanges.
• Assist with unloading and moving equipment to minimise damage risk.
• Collect returned equipment and transport to Service Centre.
• Provide an efficient courier service between customer locations and service centres.
• Ensure products are transported securely and arrive in excellent condition.
• Work with Field Operations to support daily schedules and changing priorities.
• Maintain accurate delivery and collection records.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Culligan professionally.
• Support the wider Service Centre team with operations when required.
