Job summary

Cencora is seeking an organised Operations Support Coordinator to ensure smooth movement of shipments at our Belfast facility. This full-time role focuses on coordinating daily workflows, maintaining visibility, and safeguarding accuracy and safety in line with company procedures.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in logistics or warehouse operations, strong organisational skills, and good communication across teams. Bachelor’s degree and IT/system experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation or warehouse ops.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent in logistics, SCM, admin or business.
• Capable of using operational IT systems and maintaining logs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflows to ensure timely shipment movement.
• Prioritise tasks based on schedules and processing needs.
• Monitor queues and outbound schedules to maintain service continuity.
• Track assignments, notes and shift activities with accuracy.
• Maintain logs and status updates; escalate issues promptly.
• Follow safety, security and procedures at all times.
