Time Appointments Ltd is seeking a well‑organised Logistics & Transport Coordinator to join a busy operations team. The role supports efficient movement of goods, accurate documentation, and clear communication with customers and transport partners.

Based in the Colchester area, the position offers a varied, hands‑on environment with opportunities to gain experience across logistics, transport coordination and warehouse operations while contributing to the wider business.

Formación

• Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or a similar operations role.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
• Clear communication skills and a team‑first attitude.
• Confident basic IT skills, including email and spreadsheets.
• A practical approach to problem‑solving and a keen eye for accuracy.
• A full UK driving licence is required; occasional travel to sites/ports may be needed.

Responsabilidades

• Keep day‑to‑day orders moving from processing to ready for dispatch.
• Ensure operational paperwork is complete and information is accurately recorded.
• Maintain up‑to‑date stock records across the operation.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer questions and provide updates.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain efficiency.
• Coordinate movements with external transport providers and monitor deliveries.
