Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Essex seeks a Logistics Manager to lead and optimise a broad logistics operation. You will own end-to-end logistics, including transport, warehousing, inventory and service levels.

You will drive performance, cost control and supplier management, shape strategy, report KPIs and champion safety, continuous improvement and compliance across the function. This is a visible leadership role with opportunity to influence partner relationships and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex logistics operations.
• Proven track record with outsourced service providers (3PL).
• Ability to drive cost savings and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage transport, warehousing and third-party logistics operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with 3PL providers and suppliers to meet service levels.
• Own logistics budgets and P&L, identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.
• Lead logistics transformation projects and reporting frameworks to improve visibility.
