The Lead Logistics team based in Ashby de la Zouch has an exciting opportunity for an innovative and improvement focused Logistics Planning & CI Analyst. This crucial role works in partnership with a prestigious client providing experienced analytical support, best practice solution design, implementation, costing and presentations for projected continuous improvement propositions for both CEVA Logistics and the client.
Reporting into the Logistics Planning & CI Manager, you will use data‑driven analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities and present the analysis and findings to internal and external stakeholders. You will actively contribute to continuous improvement cost‑down initiatives ensuring delivery through project‑management methods such as project planning, tracking and clear communication strategies and provide support to senior stakeholders on the creation and delivery of proposals and presentations.
Additionally, you will provide monthly business intelligence reporting on shipments and spend within the contract and undertake regular rate‑review exercises to evaluate prices for client trade lanes with a focus on cost save and operational efficiency across all Air, Ocean, and Ground business lines.
