You’ll be at the heart of our inbound supply chain - ensuring goods, data, and documentation flow seamlessly from supplier to site. You’ll take ownership of shipment visibility, tagging, issue resolution, and the smooth, accurate movement of freight that keeps our business running.
Working closely with our Logistics Manager, freight partners, and internal teams, you’ll be the central point for inbound execution: managing discrepancies, prioritising deliveries, and safeguarding continuity of supply. 2-5 years’ experience in logistics, inbound operations, or supply chain
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactional activity
Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics documentation
Comfortable handling discrepancies across invoices, shipments, and system data
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Effective communicator with ability to work cross-functionally
Experience with ERP systems and Excel preferred
Experience in multi-SKU environments advantageous
Communication-Conveys information clearly and effectively across audiences
