Job summary

Simon Hegele is recruiting Logistics Operatives to join our Didcot HQ team, supporting warehousing and site deliveries to Bicester and Eynsham. Roles are based in our Didcot HQ with travel to customer sites as needed; weekday 8am-5pm and weekend 6am-6pm on a four-day, 36-hour week.

The job offers permanent, full-time hours over four days, with a focus on safe loading, accurate goods handling and use of MHE and stock systems. A car licence is preferred; part-time options may be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
• Valid driving licence (car) preferred.
• Able to work a 4-day, 36-hour week including weekends.
• Commitment to safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload vehicles safely with MHE.
• Receive and process goods accurately.
• Store goods safely and locate items.
• Pick and process outbound transfers.
• Operate inventory and stock control systems.
• Deliver to and collect from customer sites.
• Communicate with managers and colleagues promptly.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment.
