A logistics support company in the UK is seeking a Logistics Operative in Carterton. In this physical role, you will manage the distribution and stock control of materials supporting the RAF. Are you interested in working and exploring the opportunities in Logistics supporting the RAF and MOD? We have an exciting opportunity to join the Logistics team as a Logistics Operative. You will play a vital role in the logistical support of the Royal Air Force, helping to fulfil its operational and peacetime obligations. Within this physically demanding role, you will be responsible for the distribution, handling and stock control of materials, helping to sustain a modern Whole Force team. You will work alongside Serco and RAF colleagues to achieve the daily operational output within the storage and warehouse areas as well as in an office environment and out delivering stock around the base.
This role also requires flexibility to attend off‑site training when required, and the ability to attend, and pass training on or off‑site.
Due to the nature of this role, all candidates will have to pass SC Vetting as part of their onboarding and provide a pass for a colour perception test before appointment.
