Qualifications

• Successful track record of leading and motivating a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills and energetic leadership style.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in transport operations.
• Good working knowledge of EU Hours and tachograph legislation.
• PC literate and able to work independently.
• 1 year of experience in transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the consumer site.
• Provide leadership during shifts and coach staff involved.
• Administer vehicle and trailer maintenance programs.
• Complete daily depot checks and record them.
• Co-ordinate the recruitment and training of employees.
• Assist in accident investigations.
• Conduct daily risk assessments of the yard and office.
