Our client, a leading cycling and lifestyle brand is looking for a Logistics Operations Manager on a 15-month fixed-term maternity cover. This role will oversee final mile delivery and distribution operations, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor KPIs for 3PL partners to drive performance improvements.
• Analyse stock levels, occupancy, and costs; lead reconciliations and audits.
• Manage a team of three and coordinate with 3PLs for smooth operations.
• Resolve stock discrepancies, delivery issues, and process inefficiencies.
• Drive improvements in warehouse processes, packaging, and compliance.

About You:

• 5+ years’ experience in logistics or warehousing, ideally in retail.
• Contract management experience and knowledge of WMS/TMS systems.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-focused, and able to perform under pressure.
