The opportunity :
Are you a highly analytical individual with a passion for logistics and continuous improvement? We are looking for a Logistics Manager to lead a Team in a fast-paced FMCG business. You will be a visible in your leadership and manage a team of 3 direct reports through a period of change. Highly analytical in your approach, you will drive Continuous Improvement whilst working closely Cross Functionally. Reporting into the Supply Chain Director, you will execute operational plans and provide a customer centric approach.

Building and maintaining strong relationships is key to the success of this role. Internally you will work with the wider Supply Chain, Procurement & Purchasing, Sales & Marketing and Finance. Externally the key partnerships are working with the Third-Party Logistics Providers and regular visits to these sites is essential in driving efficiencies and improve processes.
