We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Logistics Supervisor to join our team on a busy construction site. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely movement of materials, equipment, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site logistics and deliveries in line with the construction schedule
• Supervise vehicle and plant movement on-site
• Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and delivery teams
• Maintain a safe and organised site layout
• Coordinate with crane and lifting teams for all lifting operations
• Enforce health and safety standards at all times
• Maintain clear records and delivery documentation

Requirements

• Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification
• Lift Supervisor or Lifting Operations certificate
• Proven experience in a similar role within construction logistics
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures

Desirable

• First Aid certification
• Knowledge of logistics planning software or tools
