Logistics Manager (French Speaking)

West Kent Hybrid / Occasional Office Attendance

Up to GBP50k DOE

Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced logistics professional with strong coordination skills and fluent French? This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic operations team supporting clients across international and domestic relocations, fine art logistics, and global mobility services.

About the Role

You will act as the central point of contact for clients, suppliers, and partners throughout the moving process, from the initial enquiry through to delivery. The position requires excellent organisational ability, customer care, and attention to detail, as well as fluency in French, both spoken and written.

Although the role is based in West Kent, there is flexibility to work remotely, with the expectation of attending the office occasionally (around once per week or as needed).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate door-to-door moves for domestic and international shipments
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth, timely service delivery
• Arrange surveys, quotations, insurance, customs, and freight documentation
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and assignees
• Approve supplier invoices and prepare sales invoices
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within operational systems
• Maintain excellent communication and client service standards

What We re Looking For

• Previous experience in move management, logistics, removals, relocation, or freight forwarding
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident dealing with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
