A well-established UK manufacturer and distributor of consumer products is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee operations across three sites, managing inventory, fleet, and warehouse activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who can knit and gel teams together, creating an engaging and collaborative working environment.

Sitting within the Senior Leadership Team, the Logistics Manager will lead and motivate a team of drivers and warehouse operatives, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations. You'll be responsible for budget control, stock accuracy, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with H\&S and company policies, while continuously driving process improvement and efficiency.
