About The Role

The Logistics Manager will oversee and optimise all aspects of the brand’s logistics and fulfilment operations. You’ll work closely with our warehouse, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient product movement, from inbound stock deliveries to outbound customer orders.

This is a pivotal, hands‑on role for someone highly organised, detail‑oriented, and passionate about improving systems and processes. You’ll play a key part in scaling a fast‑paced E‑commerce fashion brand as we continue our international growth.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Freight & Compliance
  • Manage all inbound freight movements from suppliers to the UK warehouse via air, sea, and courier.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure compliant imports under UK and international trade regulations.
  • Track shipments proactively, manage ETAs, and resolve any delays or customs issues swiftly.
  • Review and file commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation accurately.
  • Support production and buying teams with shipment scheduling and consolidation planning.
  • Book deliveries into the warehouse and liaise closely with the warehouse team.
Freight & Carrier Management
  • Own relationships with external logistics partners (freight forwarders, couriers, and postal carriers).
  • Negotiate and benchmark freight and carrier rates to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Monitor carrier SLAs and performance metrics, reporting on delivery speed, success rate, and cost efficiency.
  • Support selection and onboarding of new carriers or shipping solutions as the brand scales globally.
  • Escalate carrier service issues, coordinate claims, and drive resolution.
Outbound Logistics & Operations
  • Collaborate with the Fulfilment Supervisor to ensure outbound dispatch performance targets are met.
  • Analyse outbound data — cost per shipment, delivery performance, and customer experience impact.
  • Manage system data accuracy within Netsuite.
  • Oversee compliance for labeling, export declarations, and EORI requirements for EU/ROW shipments.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain and update weekly logistics dashboards for freight cost tracking, carrier KPIs, and shipment visibility.
  • Identify and implement cost savings and process efficiencies across inbound and outbound networks.
  • Support sustainability initiatives in packaging, shipping methods, and logistics partners.
Key Skills & Experience
Essential
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination (preferably in fashion or consumer goods).
  • Strong understanding of international shipping, import/export compliance, and Incoterms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with external suppliers and internal teams.
  • Highly organised, with an analytical mindset — comfortable using Excel, data platforms, and WMS/TMS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities under time pressure.
Desirable
  • Experience with Peoplevox, Shopify, Netsuite or carrier management software (e.g. Metapack, Shipster, etc.).
  • Previous exposure to D2C or E‑commerce operations.
  • Understanding of customs duties, HS codes, and trade documentation.
Who You Are
  • Commercially savvy with a problem‑solving mindset.
  • Calm under pressure and quick to adapt to change.
  • Detail‑obsessed and deadline‑driven — you love a clean process and an accurate report.
  • Confident working cross‑functionally between warehouse, operations, and product teams.
  • Ready to be part of a fast‑moving, creative environment that’s scaling globally.
