We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team and provide essential administrative and logistical support for the delivery of the Ministry of Defence (MOD) contract. This role is primarily based at the Salisbury Plain Training Area, but you’ll also serve as a key point of contact between our client and Landmarc personnel across the wider region. With a network of staff managing logistics at the point of delivery, your ability to coordinate, communicate, and ensure compliance will be vital to our success.

- Assurance Checks: Conduct FLIG assurance activities including tank dip testing and reconciliation.
- Equipment Oversight: Manage Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) in accordance with MOD policies.
- Fleet Coordination: Oversee the regional fleet management contract and support vehicle maintenance scheduling.
- Compliance Reporting: Provide logistical assurance and ensure adherence to MOD standards.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between Head Office, regional teams, and area offices to support contract delivery.
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, structured environment and can confidently engage with senior personnel while supporting front‑line colleagues. You’ll need to be both analytical and hands‑on, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, timely information.
Essential Skills & Experience

- Understanding of MOD standards and procedures (e.g., JSP 317).
- Experience using MJDI for inventory control.
- Completion of the Ground Fuel Management System Course (MTFI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
