What you’ll be doing:
  • Coordinating deliveries to UK and EU customers via road, courier, and ferry
  • Communicating with French and/or German‑speaking clients, warehouses, and carriers to ensure accurate, timely delivery
  • Preparing and managing shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, dangerous goods notes, warehouse instructions, labels)
  • Liaising with warehouses, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure on‑time, accurate delivery
  • Handling stock reconciliations and supporting the finance team with related queries
  • Managing non‑conformances and supporting operational improvements
  • Ensuring ERP data accuracy and supporting demand planning activities
  • Covering for team members during absence and assisting with wider logistics projects
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain coordination role
  • Fluency in either French or German is essential
  • Strong knowledge of shipping, export, and import processes and documentation
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
