Logistics Coordinator (French or German Speaking)

What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating deliveries to UK and EU customers via road, courier, and ferry
- Communicating with French and/or German‑speaking clients, warehouses, and carriers to ensure accurate, timely delivery
- Preparing and managing shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, dangerous goods notes, warehouse instructions, labels)
- Liaising with warehouses, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure on‑time, accurate delivery
- Handling stock reconciliations and supporting the finance team with related queries
- Managing non‑conformances and supporting operational improvements
- Ensuring ERP data accuracy and supporting demand planning activities
- Covering for team members during absence and assisting with wider logistics projects
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain coordination role
- Fluency in either French or German is essential
- Strong knowledge of shipping, export, and import processes and documentation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
