Position Overview

The Logistics Coordinator will work in a team of Logistics Coordinators under a Logistics Manager and handle logistics planning and coordination of customer orders from receipt to delivery.

This role involves reviewing, planning, and scheduling customer orders through DC, RCC and eCommerce channels, maintaining stock levels, releasing pick/pack lists to warehouses, and ensuring customer OTD/OTIF targets and accurate WMS data.

Responsibilities
  • Receive customer orders via portals
  • Release pick & pack lists for warehouse colleagues
  • Create dispatch notes, labels, and note shortages
  • Track customer deliveries and liaise with 3PL partners
  • Update customers and internal stakeholders on any delays
  • Maintain stock levels and coordinate ordering with DC, RCC, and eCommerce channels
  • Ensure OTD/OTIF performance and accurate data in the WMS system
Qualifications
  • Logistics, Supply Chain or Transport Planning experience
  • Previous experience with planning tools such as WMS, ERP, MRP, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, positive self‑starter
