Job description

The Logistics Coordinator ensures smooth setup and teardown of Family Ministries each Sunday. This role leads the Truck & Transformation Team, oversees transportation and setup plans, and supports volunteers, families, and staff by creating an environment of excellence and care.

Work Week: 10 hours/week

Sundays & Mid-Week- Flexible work schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and care for the Truck & Transformation Team, including Sunday huddles, recruiting, and training.
• Oversee truck transport, setup, and teardown with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Maintain transformation plans, manuals, and room maps; organize equipment and supplies.
• Ensure truck maintenance is completed and coordinate special event setups (Christmas, Easter, etc.).
• Communicate and collaborate with FM Site Leader and staff team.

Qualifications

• Class 5 Driver’s License required.
• Aligned with Village Church mission, focus, and strategy.
• Character consistent with 1 Timothy and Titus.
• Growing relationship with Jesus and commitment to Village Church membership.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
