Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a highly successful local business to recruit a Logistics Coordinator. This role is a full-time, one year contract position. Our client is highly successful within the industry, working alongside many recognisable products. With a strong presence within the market, this role is offering the opportunity to gain excellent experience within a thriving industry and to work alongside an award-winning team.

The Role
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships dealing with any queries promptly.
  • Liaise closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, assisting in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Planning and preparing of freight including all relevant export documentation for goods.
  • Understanding of customs procedures between UK and NI and acting accordingly.
The Person
  • The ideal candidate must be coming with strong logistics experience, ideally working within FMCG or supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of customs procedures mainly across the UK and NI.
  • A strong communicator with abilities to build strong relationships.
  • Thrives working within a fast-paced environment and able to work off their own initiative.
  • IT proficient, with experience in using all Microsoft Packages.
The package

This role includes a competitive salary of £30,000- £35,000 depending on experience, alongside a variety of wider benefits including hybrid working and a generous pension scheme. Based in Belfast, our client offers free on-site parking and a working week of Monday- Friday.
