  • Plan and organise deliveries with couriers, hauliers and third parties.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure health & safety standards.
  • Produce proofs of delivery and manage import/export documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve operational queries.
  • Manage supplier invoices and update purchase orders.
  • Despatch orders via internal systems and support other departments.
  • Conduct supplier reviews and manage logistics non-conformance.

Logistics Coordinator - £26,000

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire (On-site)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (45-minute lunch)

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a growing team. This role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and confident managing transport, deliveries, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organise deliveries with couriers, hauliers, and third parties
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure health & safety standards
  • Produce proofs of delivery and manage import/export documentation
  • Investigate and resolve operational queries
  • Manage supplier invoices and update purchase orders
  • Despatch orders via internal systems and support other departments
  • Conduct supplier reviews and manage logistics non-conformance
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent administration skills
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work collaboratively

  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; stock control or Sage experience desirable
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures desirable
