We're looking for a capable and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is open to candidates with solid logistics experience, whether in freight forwarding, supply chain, transport planning, or warehouse operations. This opportunity sits within a globally recognised logistics group that handles over 100,000 shipping jobs annually across more than 300 offices worldwide. The UK division offers integrated shipping, logistics, and offshore support services with a strong reputation for reliability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments across various transport modes
  • Liaise with carriers, customs agents, and clients to ensure timely and compliant deliveries
  • Prepare and manage documentation including air waybills, sea waybills, and customs entries
  • Track and monitor shipments, resolving issues proactively
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with UK customs regulations
  • Support wider logistics operations and contribute to process improvements
  • Participate in on-call rota once fully trained

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding (multi-modal experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with import/export procedures and UK customs requirements
