Uniserve are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Norwich, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless freight processing, timely deliveries, and top-tier service for our customers. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Duties:
  • Freight Job Booking & Documentation: Ensure accurate booking of new jobs into the system and manage shipping documentation.
  • Shipment Tracking & System Updates: Proactively monitor shipments for on-time delivery and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: Liaise with transit partners to ensure smooth shipment coordination and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Customs Declarations & Delivery Organisation: Accurately create import/export declarations and arrange deliveries according to company policies.
  • Invoice Generation & Query Resolution: Generate accurate invoices promptly and resolve customer/partner queries efficiently.
  • Team Support & Relationship Management: Assist colleagues when needed and build strong relationships with both customers and suppliers to ensure long‑term satisfaction.
Skills/Experience:
  • Experience in freight operations is an advantage.
  • Good Administration skills.
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent multi‑tasking skills and work well under pressure.
