Qualifications

  • Excellent IT and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Confident communicator able to liaise across departments, suppliers, and clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised, and detail-driven professional to join a well-established and growing business. Initially part-time (with flexibility to suit you), this role is designed to develop as you step into the position of a key team member preparing for retirement.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and arranging international and domestic shipments and transport.
  • Preparing and managing all shipping documentation, including customs clearance and export paperwork.
  • Communicating with suppliers, customers, freight agents, and internal departments to ensure seamless logistics flow.
  • Handling EUR1, Letters of Credit, invoicing, and petty cash duties.
  • Accurately resolving purchase order and delivery queries with efficiency and professionalism.
