Job Overview

IIQAF Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations within our hospitality business across the UK. The successful candidate will coordinate supply chain activities, inventory movement, vendor deliveries, and transport scheduling, ensuring timely and cost-effective support to hospitality operations.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong logistics coordination, supply chain management, and operational planning skills in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain operations for hospitality sites
  • Schedule and track deliveries, transportation, and distribution
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, warehouses, and drivers
  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock control and replenishment
  • Prepare logistics reports, delivery documentation, and KPIs
  • Resolve delivery issues, delays, and supply chain disruptions
  • Ensure compliance with UK transport regulations and company policies
  • Support cost control initiatives and process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Coordinator, or Operations Coordinator
  • Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking skills
