• Background in logistics, asset management, or IT device management.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, and accurately log incoming IT hardware.
• Unbox, inspect, and record new equipment in asset management systems.
• Oversee asset tagging and inventory control.
• Support JLM workflows by preparing, shipping, and retrieving devices.
• Manage day-to-day requests involving hardware.
• Coordinate shipments of IT equipment to users or office locations.
• Work closely with the IT team on device setup and enrolment.
• Maintain accurate asset and order management records.

Logistics Coordinator - Inside IR35

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support one of our customer's expanding IT teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for stock control, IT hardware scanning, and the smooth receipt and distribution of equipment.

Sitting at the crossroads of logistics, inventory management, and IT device operations, this position is perfect for someone who excels in a structured, fast-moving environment where precision and coordination matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, and accurately log incoming IT hardware (including laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals).
• Unbox, inspect, and record new equipment in asset management systems.
• Oversee asset tagging and inventory control to maintain precise device tracking.
• Support JLM (Joiners, Leavers, Movers) workflows by preparing, shipping, and retrieving devices.
• Manage day-to-day requests involving hardware allocation, returns, and configuration.
• Coordinate shipments – packaging and dispatching IT equipment to end users or office locations.
• Work closely with the IT team to assist with device setup and MDM / Intune enrolment.
• Maintain accurate asset and order management records in line with company standards.
