I am delighted to be partnering with a well-established UK fashion brand that has experienced exceptional growth, particularly during the COVID period, and continues to expand its operations. The business is now seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join its team in Cheshire.
This newly created position will play a key role in managing the flow of goods from suppliers into the warehouse and onwards to key retail partners. It represents an excellent opportunity to contribute to a company that has consistently achieved year‑on‑year sales growth and values individuals who wish to make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you will:
Track incoming shipments to ensure on‑time arrival and resolve any delays or discrepancies

  • Maintain accurate records of supplier delivery schedules and confirmations
  • Liaise with warehouse teams to coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Act as a key link between warehouse, sales, and merchandising teams
  • Coordinate delivery schedules in line with customer requirements
  • Update internal systems with delivery and order information
  • Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics
  • Support in troubleshooting and escalating logistics issues as needed

About you:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B customer service
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working cross‑functionally
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP/WMS systems a plus
