Responsibilities

The role of Logistics Coordinator will consist of the following tasks and duties:

1. Managing stock levels using IT systems
2. Negotiate with suppliers
3. Meet established deadlines
4. Facilitate communication amongst production, sales and shop floor
5. Overseeing warehouse operations
6. Supervise orders and arrange stock of raw materials and associated equipment to ensure they meet fluctuating demands
7. Implement any HSE and QSE directives given by the management team

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

1. Experience in planning, purchasing, delivering goods and services to customers
2. Advanced Excel data analysis and reporting experience
3. Ability to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods
4. Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities
5. Excellent IT Skills
6. Experience in a Customer Oriented role
7. Well-versed in supply management principles and practices
