Logistics Coordinator- London (hybrid)- Up to GBP38,000

I am excited to be partnering with a fantastic British fashion brand, who are looking for a logistics coordinator to join their team due to their rapid growth! This is a brilliant opportunity for a junior candidate who is looking to develop their logistics skills and gain exposure to new markets.In this role, you will be:

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for coordinating shipments from factories and suppliers in Asia, ensuring they have the correct documents for shipping goods to warehouses and FOB customers across the UK and EU
  • Organising import/ export paperwork to ensure an efficient customs process (packing lists, sales invoices, shipping documents, commercial documents)
  • Liaising with various freight forwarding partners, ensuring freight is accurately booked in
  • Supporting the Head of Operations with any logistics admin responsibilities
What we are looking for:
  • 1+ year experience in a similar logistics/ supply chain coordination role
  • Experience with international supplier/ factory management, demonstrating great communication skills
  • Experience working with B2B customers, fashion retailers
  • Fantastic Excel skills (v-lookups, sumifs), and prior experience in stock management would be a plus!
  • Knowledge of customs processes and paperwork required
