Job description

We're excited to be working once again with this trusted partner client in a wonderful part of London, who are actively seeking a proactive, meticulous and confident Administrator to join an established but rapidly growing business, in their busy Logistics and Shipping team.

A unique business which really values its staff and sets them up for success, the business offers an informal but successful culture and environment in an exciting industry, and while we're certainly looking for a candidate with relevant product related Admin experience to hit the ground running, our client is open minded too.

Mixing strong customer service and relationship building skills, with an eye for detail and data administratively, the successful candidate will be someone that wants to take ownership of their role, bring new ideas and a meticulous level of organisation to a key opportunity within the business. MS Excel skills will also be important given the data centric nature of the role.

Key Duties
  • Processing all documentation for stock and shipping movements, ensuring that shipments both in the UK and from overseas are delivered on-time.
  • Handle customer queries around delivery timescales, being proactive in terms of building rapport with logistics, shipping businesses and customers alike.
  • Maintain excellent communication across all relevant internal departments, informing all concerned of timescales, logistics and challenges.
  • Working closely with both the sales department and warehouse to ensure that stock was delivered and full customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibility for all data entry accuracy and all documentation associated to goods in and out.

A role which could easily consider Customer Service related operators, assuming they've been within a product delivery related environment, the people in this company are wonderful; warm and friendly, but supportive and encouraging at the same time.

You MUST be living within a reasonable commute to be considered as our client will not consider long commutes at this level, or candidates who would need to relocate to the area for the role.

A fast paced, ever changing and inclusive environment in a niche industry, we're not expecting this role to be on the market for long so please apply now to be considered!
