We are expanding our team and seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support our mobility furniture business. This pivotal role involves hands‑on management of day‑to‑day operations, ensuring operational efficiency and excellent customer service.

Day‑to‑day of the role:
  • Coordinate logistics and deliveries of mobility furniture, ensuring timely and professional service to our customers.
  • Liaise directly with factories and suppliers, tracking orders and ensuring clear communication across the supply chain.
  • Support production, sales, and customer service departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct field-based deliveries and site visits, upholding high standards of customer care and product setup.
  • Availability during weekends to meet customer needs and business demands.
  • Provide flexible support across various business areas, demonstrating a can‑do attitude.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in logistics, operations, or coordination roles, ideally within a product or service‑based business.
  • Knowledge or experience in the mobility furniture industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and proactively solve problems.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Physical capability to handle and deliver large furniture items as needed.
