Key Responsibilities
  • Arranging and overseeing all inbound deliveries, ensuring compliance with weight and value limits.
  • Collaborating with the Goods Inwards team to create delivery schedules and manage daily intake capabilities.
  • Preparing customs clearance instructions and maintaining VAT and duty schedules.
  • Coordinating special courier outbound shipments and liaising with customers for seamless delivery.
  • Managing the showroom appointment calendars to optimise customer experience.
  • Reconciling shipment costs with quotes and collaborating with the finance team for accurate cost reporting.
  • Addressing queries with shippers and escalating claims as necessary.
  • Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required.
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to adapt to the ever‑changing precious metals market.
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and exceeding expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with various departments, suppliers, and service providers.
